Mr. Saladan has been in the shipping industry for 20 years, with seven years of an excellent professional career in crew management as a crewing and recruitment manager. He joined PT Aweidhia in 2006 as a crewing coordinator and was promoted to crewing manager in 2016. He is responsible for recruiting, selecting, and placing officers and crew for all vessels under crew management. He also ensures that the organization has a competent and well-managed crew that meets operational requirements and complies with industry regulations and standards.
He coordinates with the Crewing Director in matters related to day-to-day operations.
